Storage

15 GB is included. Mail synced from a connected Gmail account counts toward it. Reaching the quota pauses sync until there is room again; it never locks the mailbox.

Fair questions

Why is there no free tier?: A mailbox that costs nothing is paid for some other way. We would rather charge one clear price and owe nothing to anyone else.
What happens when the trial ends?: Nothing is deleted. The web app and the inbox ask you to subscribe; your mail, calendar, and contacts stay exactly where they are.
And if I cancel?: Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that the account is read-only until you export or delete it.
Is agent access ever gated?: No. MCP, IMAP, SMTP, JMAP, CalDAV, and CardDAV are part of the one plan. There is no separate agent tier.
Can I take my data with me?: Yes, any time, in standard formats. Open protocols mean the right to leave is built in.
Are prices really VAT-inclusive?: Yes. Every price shown includes VAT. Businesses that need a net invoice with a VAT ID can ask us by email; a business plan comes later.
